Research trip

Artists are increasingly concerned with the overlaps between science and society, especially with the relationship between humans and machines or humans and their environment. Based on the fact that knowledge and insight cannot be described in exclusively cognitive terms, the fourth journey leads into the area of artistic research. 

Personal curiosity, investigation, scientific findings, and exchange with other disciplines generate a knowledge resource from which the artists draw their inspiration. Especially artistic forms of presentation and structures of adoption make knowledge and facts clear and tangible.
